Order Fulfillment

This is the time it takes for Road Trail Running to pick, pack and dispatch your order. Currently we are fulfilling orders within
1-2 business days – Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney, N.S.W.

Order Shipping

This is the transit time of your order, or the time it takes from when to leaves us, to when it arrives at your nominated delivery address. Arrival time is dependent on your location from Sydney metro. Simply use Australia Post’s delivery days for your postcode. All orders are shipped with Australia Post using standard or express shipping (Depending on what you request at the checkout. Express shipping costs more but you get your goodies quicker!). Road Trail Running cannot be held responsible for delays in transit.

Order Tracking

This is an alpha-numeric number issued from Australia Post and is unique to each and every order. Your unique tracking number, also known as a consignment number, will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its arrival.
